• Due to the nature of digital downloads and non-tangible irrevocable goods. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct.   Refund Reasons:
  1. In the event I fail to deliver a custom video clip within the agreed time period, the customer is entitled to request a 100% refund. All refunds will be processed right away.
  2. In the event of a custom video clip being rejected by me due to grounds of the written description not reasonably matching the selected category, then the customer will be entitled to 100% refund. In the event the customer forces an unjustified refund (chargeback on goods delivered) in the sole opinion of TiaCyrusxxx.com, then the customer will be barred from any further use of Store.TiaCyrusxxx.com.
